Justin Lawson
Pastor Justin Lawson was born and raised in Searcy, Arkansas and was elected as Lead Pastor of First Assembly in April 2025 after previously serving the church in various capacities. He is married to Katie, and together they have three adult children, Isaiah (Hannah), Grant (Calleigh), and Abby. Pastor Justin has served in multiple leadership roles for non-profits and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Harding University, a Master of Business Administration from Arkansas State University, and a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Oral Roberts University. As an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Pastor Justin believes strongly in the local church and desires to see it grow through the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit.
Mark Ferren
Mark serves alongside our Lead Pastor, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church and ensuring our ministries run smoothly. With a heart for discipleship and a gift for organization, he helps turn our church's vision into reality.
Jason Sutton
Jason ministers to college-age and young adults, helping them navigate faith, relationships, and calling in a season full of change. With a passion for discipleship and authentic community, they create spaces where young adults can belong, grow, and serve.
Rachelle Mize
Rachelle brings boundless energy and creativity to our children's ministry, making Bible stories come alive for kids of all ages. Her passion for nurturing young hearts ensures that every child who walks through our doors feels loved, valued, and excited about Jesus.
Isaiah Lawson
Isaiah leads our congregation in heartfelt worship each Sunday, drawing people into the presence of God through music and song. With years of musical experience and a servant's heart, he helps create an atmosphere where people can truly encounter the Lord.
Jessica Carraway
Jessica keeps our church office running smoothly and is often the first friendly face you'll encounter when you call or visit. With exceptional organizational skills and a warm, welcoming spirit, she ensures that every visitor and member feels right at home.
